"For us, following The Cycle is easy. We do programs years in advance—today five years in advance—so The Cycle has reaffirmed that approach. I think the guidance of Michael Kaiser and the Institute came at the right moment for us. We learned from DeVos not to be afraid of trimming the board. We now have fewer but more effective board members."
